Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers in 10 min. On medium heat until golden brown and done. Turn halfway.

In the meantime, prepare the plats according to the instructions on the packaging.

Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the curry powder and garden peas for 3 minutes on low heat. Change regularly. Take of the fire.

Remove the leaves from 1 head of lettuce. Cut the other head fine. Cut the coriander roughly and the mango into smaller pieces.

Mix the chopped romaine lettuce, 2/3 of the coriander and the peas with the mango salad in a large bowl.

Halve the plats, cut them open and place the leaves of lettuce on the lower halves. Put a cod burger on it and put a spoonful of mango chutney on it.

Garnish with the rest of the coriander and place the top of the plate on top. Serve with the salad. Yummy! .
