Wok noodles with pork tenderloin in oyster sauce


Egg wok noodles with pork tenderloin sprinkled with cinnamon, cloves in oyster sauce with fresh ginger and Chinese stir-fry mix.

Directions

  1. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, halve the pork tenderloin in the length. Sprinkle with the cinnamon, clove, pepper and salt.
  3. Heat the oil in the woks and fry the pork tenderloin for 7 minutes. Turn regularly. Add the oyster sauce the last minute.
  4. Spoon the meat from the pan onto a plate and keep warm under aluminum foil.
  5. Peel and grate the ginger. Heat the oil in the stir-fry stir-fry the ginger 1 min.
  6. Add the Chinese stir-fry mix and cook for 4 minutes.
  7. Add the noodles and the rest of the wok sauce and cook for 1 more minute.
  8. Cut the meat into thin strips and spread over the noodles.
