Peel the oranges thick, cut the segments from the membranes and collect the juice.

Boil the spaghetti al dente, drain and rinse cold water.

Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper and fry for 10 minutes in the hot olive oil. Add the celery over the last 5 minutes.

Spoon the orange with the juice, pesto and spaghetti through it and heat for a moment. Garnish the dish with a pick of garden cress.
