Spaghetti with fresh salmon cream sauce
Spaghetti with Hollandaise sauce, smoked salmon and spring onion.

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Prepare the Hollandaise sauce in a saucepan according to instructions on the packaging.

Stir in the salmon slices and season the sauce with the lemon juice, pepper and salt. Let it simmer for another 2 minutes.

Remove the salad leaves and remove the coarse veins. Tear the lettuce into large pieces, wash and pat dry.

Beat in a bowl a dressing of the oil with the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Mix the salad through the dressing.

Divide the spaghetti over the plates and spread the sauce over it. Cut the spring onion into thin rings and sprinkle over the spaghetti. Serve the lettuce.
