A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, Risotto alla Milanese (165 g), chicory, red pepper, thyme, olive oil, salt and freshly ground pepper and tilapia fillet (fish).

Directions

  1. Prepare the risotto according to the instructions for use.
  2. Clean chicory and cut into quarter in length.
  3. Clean pepper and cut into strips.
  4. Sprout thyme from twigs.
  5. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in woks and stir-fry chicory and pepper for about 5 minutes.
  6. Prepare thyme, salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Meanwhile, cut tilapia fillet into strips of approx.
  8. 2 cm and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  9. Heat residual oil in frying pan and fish around brown cans in approx.
  10. 4 minutes.
  11. Create risotto on two plates.
  12. Create vegetables and distribute tilapia over it..
