Spaghetti with mozzarella
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, spaghetti, mozzarella (cheese a 125 g), anchovy fillets, tomatoes, black olives without seeds, green pesto, dried oregano and olive oil.

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions.

Preheat oven to 200 ºC or gas oven 4.

Drain Mozzarella and cut into slices.

Anchovies drain.
-
Clean tomatoes and cut into thin slices.

Halve olives.
-
Mix spaghetti with pesto and salt and pepper to taste.

Create spaghetti in (greased) dish and press down.
-
Distribute Mozzarella, tomatoes, anchovies and olives.

Sprinkle with oregano, pepper and salt.

Sprinkle oil over it.

Sauté in the middle of the oven in about 20 minutes until cheese is melted..
