Spaghetti with mushroom sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: spaghetti (pack a 500 g), olive oil, onion (chopped), red pepper (finely chopped), mushroom melange ((200 g) sliced), spinach (450 g, frozen), cooking cream (light (a 250 ml)) and ground cheese (mature or old (175 g)).

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a wok. Stir fry the onion, the paprika and the mushrooms for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the spinach cubes and let them thaw. Pour in the cooking cream and 125 ml water and fry the dish for 5 minutes.

Drain the spaghetti and pour in half of the ground cheese. Divide the spaghetti over 4 deep plates and add the spinach mushroom sauce. Sprinkle with some cheese to taste.
