Spaghetti with rucola salad
Quick pasta with ground beef, onion, zucchini and a salad with balasamico.

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package, pour, collect the cooking liquid. In the meantime, finely chop the onion and cut the zucchini into strips. Heat a casserole without butter or oil and fry the minced meat in approx. 4 minutes.

Add half of the onion and cook for 3 minutes. Add the sugo pasta sauce and 150 ml of cooking fluid from the spaghetti. Stew 5 minutes with the lid on the pan.

Mix the rocket salad with the zucchini and the rest of the onion. Finally create the salad dressing.

Divide the spaghetti over deep plates. Cover the minced meat sauce. Serve with the rucola salad.
