Spaghetti with tomatoes and mackerel

Heat the olive oil and fry the red peppers, garlic and onion 2-3 minutes.

Add the tomato puree and fry briefly.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti al dente. Drain and collect a little bit of cooking liquid.

Grate 1 teaspoon of the lemon zest and divide the rest into segments.

Spoon the spaghetti, lemon zest, to and arugula through the pepper garlic mixture and add some cooking liquid.

Serve the spaghetti with the mackerel and garnish with lemon wedges.
