Indian burger with mango salsa and cucumber

Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Peel the mango and cut into cubes. Clean the cucumber and cut into slices. Peel the onion and cut into narrow strips.

Slice the coriander. Clean the red pepper, remove the seeds and cut into rings. Clean the lemon, grate the peel and squeeze out the lemon.

Mix the mango cubes with onion, half coriander, red pepper and lemon zest. Season with lemon juice, pepper and salt. Heat in a frying pan of butter.

Fry the burgers in 8 min. On both sides until golden brown and done. Spread the flat bread with butter and heat for 5 minutes in the oven.

Mix cucumber with half coriander and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Cut flat bread in half and put on plates.

Put the burgers on 1/2 bread and spoon 1/4 mango salsa on it.
