Spanish dish with chipolata sausages, olives and fried gnocchi
Dish of beef chipolata, gnocchi, garlic, paprika, tomato paste, cherry tomatoes, chicken stock and parsley.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the gnocchi with salt in about 15 minutes until golden brown and done. Change regularly.

Meanwhile, cut each chipolata sausage into 3 pieces and finely chop the garlic cloves. Heat the rest of the oil in the frying pan.

Fry the sausage and paprika for 2 minutes on medium heat. Add the garlic and tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.

Drain the olives and add, together with the cherry tomatoes, the half chicken stock and 200 ml hot water, bring to the boil and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

Add the spinach in parts and allow to shrink. Meanwhile, cut the parsley fine. Sprinkle over the dish and serve with the fried gnocchi.
