Spanish garlic sauce
A tasty Spanish recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: parsley (20 g), orange, garlic, olive oil, yogonaise (à 350 ml), sour cream (125 ml), salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Chop parsley very finely. Beat the orange bulbs and orange peel off. Squeezing orange. Chop garlic and finely chop. Heat oil in saucepan and lightly fry golden yellows. Add orange juice and grated orange peel and simmer for approx. 5 minutes until evaporated. Sprinkle in the yogurt and parsley. Allow to cool and stir in sour cream. Leave the sauce for at least half an hour so that the taste can develop.

Rub the garlic sauce again and season with salt and pepper. Do it in dish.
