Spanish pepper shrimp
A tasty Spanish recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, peeled tiger prawns (500 g frozen), garlic, parsley, paprika, cayenne, salt, red pepper, yellow pepper, lemon, olive oil and dry sherry.

Shrimp shrimps according to instructions. Dry thoroughly. Garlic peel and finely chop. Cut stalks of parsley, finely chop the leaves. In a bowl of garlic and two thirds of parsley mix with paprika, pinch of cayenne pepper and salt. Clean peppers and cut into broad strips. Cut the pepper in width into thin strips. Cut the lemon into 8 parts.

wok heating up to piping hot. Drain oil over pan bottom. Season the mixture in wokkenscheppen and fry for about 30 seconds. Add shrimps and stir-fry for about 2 minutes on high heat. Add pepper strips and stir-fry for approx. 2 minutes. Quenching with sherry. Divide shrimps over four plates. Garnish with rest of parsley and lemon wedges. Serve with hot baguette.
