Spanish rice dish with chicken and shrimps


Rice dish with chicken, salami, shrimps, peppers and green beans.

Directions

  1. Cut the salami into small pieces. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and chop the onion. Let the tomato cubes drain.
  2. Fry the salami gently in a frying pan. Put in the chicken fillet and bake in light brown for 5 minutes. Fry the onion and tomato cubes for 2 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle the paprika powder over it and pour in the stock. Clean the peppers and cut into pieces.
  4. Stir in the pepper, green beans and rice through the chicken mixture. Pour in the stock and cook in an open pan for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Stir frequently and let the moisture evaporate. Spoon the shrimps through the rice dish and heat for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Slice the parsley and sprinkle over the dish.
