Directions

  1. Remove the hard core from the red cabbage and cut the coals into wafer-thin strips. Cut the radishes into slices and the onion in half rings.
  2. Halve the cucumber in the length, remove the seeds with a teaspoon and cut into slices.
  3. Mix the vegetables with the cider, season with pepper and salt and leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes. Scoop occasionally.

  5. Grill the chicken 8 min. Halfway. In the meantime, heat the pita bread according to the instructions on the packaging. Let the marinated vegetables drain.
  6. Fill the pita with 2 tbsp coleslaw, chicken and 1 tbsp hummus. Serve with the rest of the coleslaw and hummus. Yummy! .
