Spice cake from grandma's lub
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: self-rising flour (sifted), dark brown caster sugar, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, nutmeg (ground), milk, dried apricots (in pieces), unsalted pistachio nuts (peeled (baking compartment, 55 g)), almond shavings (baking department and 45 g).

- 250 g self raising flour sifted
- 250 g dark brown caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg grinded
- 225 ml milk
- 100 g dried apricots in pieces
- 1 bag unsalted pistachios peeled (baking compartment, 55 g)
- 1 bag almond shavings baking compartment, 45 g

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. In a large bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg and stir in the milk into a cake batter. Then scoop the apricot and the pistachios.
