Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Mix the chicken wings with the oil and the cajun spices and salt.
  2. Spread them over a griddle covered with parchment paper and bake in the center of the oven for about 30 minutes until done. Change after 10 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, preheat the airfryer to 180 ° C. Fry the potato croquettes for about 9 minutes. Shake halfway.
  4. Meanwhile, chop the walnuts coarsely. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the walnuts for 3 minutes. Allow to cool on a plate.
  5. Cut the broccoli into florets, peel the stem and cut into 1 cm pieces. Cook the broccoli in 4 minutes until al dente.
  6. Drain and mix with the walnuts, yoghurt dressing and radish mix. Season with pepper and salt.
  7. Serve the broccoli salad with the chicken and potato croquettes.
