Spicy chicken with greengrocer
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken drumsticks (about 575 g), oil, onions, wok sauce (Szechuan (bottle 200 ml)), white rice (bag 1 kg), vegetable mix (400 g), tomatoes (in parts) and bean sprouts (125 g).
Dab the chicken drumsticks dry. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the chicken drumsticks around golden brown. Chop 1 onion finely, scoop it with the chicken in the pan and fruit golden brown. Add the wok sauce and 150 ml of boiling water, cover the pan and roast the chicken until tender in about 20 minutes.
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Boil the vegetable mix in boiling water for 6 minutes. Chop the remaining onions coarsely, fry them in a frying pan in 1 tbsp oil, scoop the cooked vegetable mix, the tomatoes and the bean sprouts and stir fry for 3 minutes.
Serve the spicy chicken with the greengrocer and the rice.
