Spicy couscous
Couscous wok recipe with lamb burger and Provencal wok vegetables.

Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package.

Chop the onion.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 5 minutes. Add the cumin and the raisins and cook for 2 minutes.

Scoop the couscous through the mixture and remove from the pan.

In the meantime, heat oil in another frying pan and fry the lamb burgers in approx. 12 minutes until done.

Heat oil in the pan of the couscous and stir fry the wok vegetable in 6 min. Until al dente. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the lamb burgers over the plates and scrape the vegetables next to them. Serve with the couscous.
