Pasta with salami
Farfalle pasta with dried tomatoes, pasta sauce, salami and lettuce.

Directions

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Let the tomatoes drain and collect the oil. Dab the tomatoes dry and cut into pieces.

Cut the salami into slices of 1 cm and then into pieces.

Heat 1 tbsp of the tomato oil (per 4 portions) in a skillet or frying pan and fry the tomatoes and salami for 3 minutes.

Mix the lettuce with the dressing and drain the pasta.

Mix the pasta together with the pasta sauce through the salami mixture. Mix well and warm through and through.

Serve with the salad.
