Cut the pumpkin into pieces, remove the seeds and the stringy inside and cut the flesh with skin into pieces.

Cook the fusilli according to the instructions on the package. Keep a cup of cooking water.

Cut the onion into wedges. Heat the oil in a frying pan, place the minced meat in it and stir fry the flour and brown.

Add the onion and cabbage and stir-fry 3 minutes.

Slice the garlic. Spoon the pumpkin, the garlic and the sambal, add the collected cooking water and fry the dish covered for 20 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper. Spoon the fusilli with the oil and spread it over the deep plates. Put the vegetable stew on it.
