Moroccan couscous with minced meat and white cheese
Couscous with sundried tomatoes, white cheese and minced meat.

Wash the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise and then cut into slices. Cut the tomatoes into strips.

Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the minced meat. Add the spice mix (from the pack) and fry gently for 5 minutes.

Put the couscous and raisins (out of pack) in the pan, and pour the boiling water over it. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Cut the cheese into cubes. Scoop the cucumber and tomato through the couscous. Stir in the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper into a dressing.

Sprinkle the dressing over the lettuce. Divide the couscous over the plates. Scoop the minced meat mixture on top and garnish with cheese. Serve the whole with the lettuce.
