Spicy fried peppers
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: yellow peppers, red peppers, red pepper, garlic, olive oil, dried thyme and salt and freshly ground pepper.

Peppers wash, clean and cut into fairly wide strips.

Pepper, halve in length and remove seeds.

Cut pepper into small pieces.

Peel garlic and cut into small pieces.

Heat oil in frying pan (or large frying pan).

Pepper on half-high heat for about 3 minutes stir-frying.

Spread pepper pieces and garlic over low heat for approx.
-
1 minute.
-
Add thyme, salt and pepper.

Season the peppers with a lid on the pan in a gentle heat for about 6 minutes..
