Spicy fried shrimp
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, cocktail shrimp (à 125 g), garlic, fresh coriander (à 15 g), olive oil, chili powder, ground cumin (djinten), ginger powder and (freshly ground) black pepper.

Shrimp to room temperature in about 20 minutes. Garlic peel and finely chop. Carefully cut the coriander into a cup.

Heat oil in frying pan. Garlic gently for about 1 minute. Mix in chilli powder, cumin and ginger and fry for a few seconds. Shrimp through garlic-seasoning mix and bake for 2 or 3 minutes on a medium heat until they are thoroughly hot. Season with salt and pepper. Fry coriander through it. Do it in a shallow dish.
