Spicy marinated goat cheese and olives
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: goat cheese (fresh (approx. 100 g)), black peppercorns, garlic, red pepper, oregano, fresh coriander, lemon, black olives (no seeds (160 g)) and olive oil.

Slice goat's cheese each into about 16 cubes.

Peppercorns with convex side of tablespoon bruises.

Slice garlic and cut into thin slices.

Pepper, halve and remove seeds.

Cut pepper into small pieces.

Take oregano leaves from twigs.

Coriander finely chop.

Remove lemon brooms and caps.
