Spicy noodle soup with large prawns
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, cocktail shrimp (frozen, 500 g), stoneleeks (8 pieces), lime, chicken broth (from tablet), noodles (wok express, 2 x 150 g), red curry paste (pot a 225 g) , snow peas, bean sprouts, fresh coriander ((a 15 g) and coarsely chopped).

Shrimp the shrimps in hot water and let them drain in colander.

Cut stoneleeks into 3 pieces.

Lime clean poles, peel grate and press fruit.

Broth the stock in soup pot.

Noodles for 1 min.

Heat in soup, remove and keep warm until use.

Season the lime juice and grate with curry paste through chicken broth.

Add pods and stoneleeks and cook for 2 minutes.

Add shrimps and heat for a further 1 min.

Place the noodles in four wide soup bowls.

Spread the bean sprouts and coriander over them and cook hot stock..
