Cut the chives finely.

Peel the pistachio nuts and finely chop them in the food processor.

Put the chopped pistachio nuts in a deep plate.

In another deep plate, separate the fresh cream cheese with a fork and spread the curry powder, orange zest and chives.

Mix everything well together and form the mixture into balls the size of a bouncing ball.

Roll the balls through the pistachio nuts until they are covered with a layer of pistachio.

Press well.
-
Place the truffles on a plate and let them solidify in the refrigerator.
