Spicy sauerkraut with potatoes and salmon pieces.

Directions

Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a deep pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.

Add the garlic, curry and sambal and cook for another 1 min.

Add the sauerkraut and the water and cook on the pan for 15 minutes with a lid.

Boil the potatoes in a layer of water with salt to taste in 10-12 min. Until done and drain.

Slice the parsley. Add the cream to the sauerkraut and boil for 1 min. Turn off the heat.

Put in the salmon pieces and half of the parsley.

Spoon the potatoes and the sauerkraut with a little liquid on the plates, sprinkle the rest of the parsley over it.
