Spicy sprouts gratin
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: sprouts (small, cleaned), butter, red onion (chopped), garlic (squeezed), dried chilli (chille), flour, whipped cream (23% fat), rosemary (minced), Grana Padano ((cheese) and grated).

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Boil the sprouts in plenty of water with salt in approx. 3 minutes until al dente. Drain the sprouts in a colander. Then shake them on a plate and let them evaporate.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for 5 min. On medium heat. Crumble the chilli pepper between the thumb and forefinger above the pan. Stir the flour through the onions and fry the onions for another minute.

Stir in the cream and bring the cream to the boil. Stir everything smooth. Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper and stir in the sprouts and rosemary. Spoon the vegetables with the sauce in the baking dish and sprinkle the cheese over it.

Place the dish on the grid in the middle of the oven and bake the dish in approx. 25 minutes until golden brown.
