Spicy tomato soup


Tomato soup with paprika, red and yellow pepper strips, chickpeas and shrimps.

Directions

  1. Prepare the fresh package according to the instructions on the packaging with the water and the olive oil. Add the paprika powder together with the tomato paste from the package.
  2. Meanwhile, let the pepper strips drain and add 1 min. Before the end of the cooking time to the soup.
  3. Purée with the hand blender to a smooth soup and put back on low heat.
  4. Meanwhile, put the chickpeas in a colander, rinse under cold running water and let drain.
  5. Add the chickpeas and prawns to the soup. Heat for another 5 minutes or until the shrimps are tender.
