Spinach and goat cheese quiche with almonds
Hearty cake with leaf spinach, goat cheese and smoked almonds.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Sprinkle spinach in sieve. Puff pastry spread on the worktop and allow to thaw in approx. 10 minutes.

Grease mold. Sprinkle the worktop with flour. Place slices of puff pastry on top of each other and roll out into a round piece of 30 cm diameter.

Cover up with puff pastry. Slice eggs with a pinch of nutmeg, salt, pepper and whipped cream. Crumble cheese above and knock it through.

Squeeze spinach with spoon. Season spinach through egg mixture. Spinach egg mixture in pie.

Cake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes.

Remove the cake from the oven and divide the coarsely chopped almonds over it. Cake in oven for another 15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
