Spinach cappuccino with gorgonzola
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: butter, ready-to-cook spinach, chicken broth (homemade or from 3/4 tablet), milk, Gorgonzola (crumbled), whipped cream and Parmesan cheese (grated).

Melt the butter in a pan, spoon in the spinach and gently fry the vegetables without the lid for 5 minutes. Add the stock and milk and let the soup simmer for approx. 10 minutes. Stir the gorgonzola through the soup and let the cheese melt.

Puree the soup with a hand blender and season with salt and pepper.

Beat the whipped cream almost stiffly.

Spoon the soup into 4 hot coffee cups and spoon a spoonful of whipped cream. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese over it.
