Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add a handful of spinach and stir-fry until all spinach has shrunk.
  3. Let the moisture evaporate, press the garlic over the pan and fry for 1 min. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Divide 4 tablespoons of tomatoes over the baking dish. Put a lasagne sheet on it. Spread some spinach over it and put 4 tablespoons of tomatoes on it again.

  6. Repeat the last 2 steps until all ingredients are gone. Finish with a thick layer of tomatoes and cheese.
  7. Fry the lasagne in the middle of the oven in about 25 minutes until golden brown and done.
