Spinach-lentil salad with turkey and orange
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, (olive) oil, turkey breast (or schnitzel, in strips), broccoli ((about 200 g), in florets), oranges, vinegar, coarse mustard, ready-to-cook spinach (300 g) , lentils ((400 g) and drained).

Fry 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and turkey strips for 5-6 minutes around browning and cooking.

Fry meat on plate, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Broccoli in little water with a little salt in 4-5 minutes.
