Spinach pancakes
Pancakes with pine nuts, garlic, spinach, Castello and raisins.

Heat the pancakes according to the instructions.

Roast the pine nuts in a dry pan.

Chop the garlic.

Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the garlic for about 1/2 minute.

Add the spinach and stir-fry approx. 3. min.

Crumble the cheese over the spinach.

Add the pine nuts and raisins and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the spinach mixture over the pancakes and roll them up.
