Pasta with Mediterranean tuna sauce
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, penne, onion, courgettes, olive oil, peeled tomatoes (400 g), black olives without seeds, capers and tuna on water (a 185 g).

Cook the Penne according to the instructions for use.

Clean and cut onion.

Clean the courgettes and cut into cubes.

Heat oil in pan and fry onion.

Add the zucchini and cook for 5 minutes.

Let the tomatoes drain and finely chop.

Halve olives.
-
Add tomatoes, capers and olives and gently heat for 5 minutes.

Let the tuna drain and add.
-
Heat sauce for 2 minutes and serve with pasta.

Delicious with cucumber salad..
