Directions

  1. Cut the chicken fillets in the length and fold them open. Squeeze the garlic and chop the onion.
  2. Mix the garlic with the spices, pepper to taste and oil and brush the chicken breasts on both sides. Let them lie down for a moment.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and rice for 4-5 minutes on low heat, shoving regularly.
  4. Spoon the spinach through and add the stock. Let the rice covered in 20 min. Gently cooked.
  5. Bake the chicken fillets in a frying pan or grill pan without extra oil in 10 min. Nice brown and cooked. Serve the chicken with the spinach table.
