Spinach salad with slippingong and orange dressing
A tasty Dutch recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, orange, garlic (pressed), coarse mustard, olive oil, flour, slip tongs, ready-to-cook spinach (300 g) and almond shavings (45 g).

Season the orange bulbs and half of the skins over the salad bowl.

Squeeze orange and stir juice through grater.

Add garlic, mustard and 6 tablespoons of oil and beat until dressing.

Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle flour on flat board.

Slip tubing one by one through flower.

Spread light brown in dry frying pan almond shavings.

Cool on plate.

Heat residual oil in large frying pan and bake golden browns in approx.

6 minutes.

Remove fish from the pan and fillet.

Sprinkle and halve fillets with salt and pepper.

Mix spinach and almonds with dressing.

Spread spinach salad over four plates and place lukewarm fish strips on it..
