Quick soup of spinach, basil and yogurt, served with cheese curls.

Heat the oil in a soup pot and let the spinach shrink in parts. Pour in the fondue and the water and bring it to the boil. Let the soup boil for 1-2 minutes.

Purée the soup and season with (freshly ground) pepper and salt. Saute the cheese with a peeler or cheese slicer. Slice the basil.

Spoon the yogurt through the soup. Sprinkle with the cheese curls and the basil.
