Spaghetti with spinach, young cheese and walnuts.

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Squeeze the garlic and chop the walnuts coarsely.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry a quarter of the spinach. Add a generous hand of spinach when the previous quantity has shrunk a little.

Finally, cook the garlic for 1 min. Stir in the crème fraiche and the cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the spaghetti through the spinach and spread over the plates. Sprinkle with the walnuts.
