Spaghetti with spinach, young cheese and walnuts.

Directions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Squeeze the garlic and chop the walnuts coarsely.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry a quarter of the spinach. Add a generous hand of spinach when the previous quantity has shrunk a little.
  3. Finally, cook the garlic for 1 min. Stir in the crème fraiche and the cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon the spaghetti through the spinach and spread over the plates. Sprinkle with the walnuts.
