Spinach with Indian cheese
A nice Indian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: paneer ((Indian cheese) or 300 g tofu), oil, onion (in half rings), garlic (pressed), fresh ginger root (grated), mild Indian curry paste (pot a 283 g), ready to cook spinach and whipped cream.

Cut the paneer (Indian cheese) into 2 cm cubes and drain on kitchen paper.

Heat in wok oil and pan over 2 min.

Around brown, gently turn.

Drain cubes of fried paneer on kitchen paper.

Onion, garlic and ginger by remaining oil in wokkenscheppen and 5 min.

Fruit.

Create curry paste and cook for 1 min.

Add spinach in parts and let it shrink during the process.

Whip cream and paneer through spinach and gently warm through for a further 2-3 minutes.

Season to taste with salt.

Tasty with basmati rice and cumin..
