Lime chicken satay with olive mayonnaise
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: poultry, lime, rosemary (box 15 g), garlic (finely chopped), tabasco (bottle 57 ml), olive oil, chicken medallions ((420 g), diced), green olives ((190 g) drained), anchovy fillets (can 46 g), mayonnaise and sunflower oil.

Halve the lime and press out 1 half. Cut the other half into segments. Ris the rosemary needles from the twig and cut finely. Mix the rosemary with the garlic, tabasco, olive oil and lime juice. Add pepper and salt. Put the chicken through and leave to marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.

Light the barbecue or heat the grill pan. Cut the olives coarsely and the anchovy fillets very fine. Mix with the mayonnaise and season with pepper.

Thread the chicken on the skewers or the skewers. Brush the barbecue grill with the sunflower oil and grill the skewers for 10 minutes. Times regularly. Serve with the mayonnaise and lime wedges.
