Sprouts with pear
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: pears (eg conference), Brussels sprouts (cleaned), olive oil and liquid honey.

Peel the pears and cut into quarters.

Remove the core and cut the flesh into segments.

Remove the leaves from the sprouts.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the sprout leaves 5 min.

Add the pear and honey and cook for another 3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper..
