Springroll of lettuce with shrimps
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, red pepper, cucumber, Dutch shrimp (100 g), bean sprouts (125 g), carrot julienne (150 g), sesame oil, Thai fish sauce (bottle 250 ml) and cabbage lettuce.

Halve the pepper in the length, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and into strips. Put the shrimp, pepper, cucumber, bean sprouts and carrot in a bowl. Add the sesame oil and fish sauce and pepper to taste.

Remove the largest salad leaves from the crop, halve them and wash and dry them carefully. Remove the hard veins. Divide the shrimp mixture over the salad leaves and roll up. Secure with a cocktail stick. Delicious with sweet chili sauce.
