Sprouts stew with parma sausage and white wine sauce

Put 1 saucijs on a slice of ham and put 2 leaves of sage on it. Roll the ham around the sausages.

Meanwhile, cook the potatoes in about 20 minutes. Boil the sprouts for the last 8 minutes.

Heat the oil and fry the sausages on a low setting and brown. Pour in the wine and reduce to half. Turn the sausages around a few times.

Tie the wine sauce with a couple of lumps of cold butter.

Drain the potatoes and sprouts and add the milk and the rest of the butter. Stamp everything coarsely into a smooth stew and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Serve with the sausages and drizzle with the sauce.
