Tagliatelle with seafood


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, (green and white) tagliatelle (pasta), onions, garlic, (olive) oil, peeled tomatoes (a 400 g), (balsamic) vinegar, sugar, black olive slices (240 g), fruits de mer (seafood and a 150 g).

Directions

  1. Cook tagliatelle according to instructions.
  2. Peel and chop onions and garlic.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan and gently fry onions and garlic for 5 minutes.
  4. Add peeled tomatoes, vinegar, sugar and 2/3 of olives and reduce for 5 minutes on a high heat.
  5. Stir in the fruit and heat for another 1 min.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Spread Tagliatelle over four plates, pouring tomato sauce over it.
  8. Garnish with the rest of olives.
  9. Tasty with green salad..
