Tagliatelle with seafood
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, (green and white) tagliatelle (pasta), onions, garlic, (olive) oil, peeled tomatoes (a 400 g), (balsamic) vinegar, sugar, black olive slices (240 g), fruits de mer (seafood and a 150 g).

Cook tagliatelle according to instructions.

Peel and chop onions and garlic.

Heat oil in frying pan and gently fry onions and garlic for 5 minutes.

Add peeled tomatoes, vinegar, sugar and 2/3 of olives and reduce for 5 minutes on a high heat.

Stir in the fruit and heat for another 1 min.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spread Tagliatelle over four plates, pouring tomato sauce over it.

Garnish with the rest of olives.
