Steak on the bed of fried arugula
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, (olive) oil, steaks (a 125 g), garlic (chopped), basil (finely chopped), arugula (lettuce, a 75 g), red wine, balsamic vinegar and coarse sea salt.

Heat in a (grill) pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the steaks in 4 min.

Inside rosé and brown on the outside, turn halfway.

Remove from the pan and keep warm under aluminum foil.

Add the rest of the oil and cook the garlic for 30 seconds.

Spoon the basil and rocket through it and heat for 30 seconds.

Stir in the wine and vinegar and distribute directly over 4 (preheated) plates.

Place the meat on top and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and coarse sea salt.

Tasty with the boulogne and a tomato salad..
