Heat the grill pan over a high heat. Sprinkle the steak with salt and pepper and drizzle with the oil.

Grill the steak for 4 minutes on a high heat. Turn halfway. Remove from the pan, wrap in aluminum foil and let rest for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile cut the baguette in half lengthwise and place the bottom on a large shelf or bowl.

Brush the bottom with the lemon mayonnaise and spread the lettuce over it.

Cut the tomatoes into slices and lay on the lettuce. Cut the steak into thin slices and place on the baguette.

Brush the meat with the chimichurri and cover with the top of the bread. Cut the baguette into pieces and serve.
