Steak with coriander cashew pesto

Start with the coriander cashewpesto. Puree the garlic, coriander and cashew nuts. Pour in a trickle of olive oil and mix well.

Sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat the butter and let it brown. Place the steaks in the hot butter and fry the meat for 1.5 minutes per side for red, 2-3 minutes per side for rosé or 4 minutes per side for baking.

Serve the cilantro cashew pesto with the steak.

Tasty with a green salad with tomato and baked potatoes.
