Roll of saucijs with tomato relish and arugula

Directions

  1. Light the barbecue. Chop the onion, finely chop the garlic and peel and grate the ginger. Cut each tomato into 8 parts.
  2. For the tomato relish, heat the oil in a refractory saucepan or an aluminum container on the barbecue (in the middle) and bake the onion for 1 min.
  3. Add the garlic, ginger and tomato and bring to the boil. Slide to the side of the barbecue and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the soy sauce and soft sugar and simmer for another 2 minutes.
  5. Take of the fire. Halve the lime and press out half. Season the tomato relish with the lime juice and salt.
  6. Halve the sausages in the length and grill them in approx. 10 min. Until done. Turn halfway.
  7. Meanwhile, cut the pistolets at the top, but not completely. Divide the arugula over it.
  8. Put 2 half bratwurst rolls in each bread and add a tablespoon of tomato relish. Serve the rest.
  9. Cut the rest of the lime into wedges and serve with it.
